Returns Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Free from damage caused after delivery
- Complete with all accessories
Certain items may not qualify for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Damaged or Wrong Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can replace the item quickly.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange for the same item or another item of equal value depending on stock availability.
